Hey Guys!  Since I cut nearly 10 inches off, it’s so much easier for me to maintain my hair myself!  In this case, straightening it.

I went to the Savannah State University’s 125^th Anniversary Gala this past Saturday.  The style I was going to do required twists the night before—I failed to do that.

I used the Crème of Nature Argan Oil Leave-In and the Organix Flat Iron Spray.  That’s it! (I keep my products to minimum, saves $$$, nor do I need 12 hair products).  I blow dried my hair on a low setting and flat iron it with a Chi Titanium Iron my mom didn’t let me borrow (lol).  My curls lasted all of an hour.

To preserve the style, I pin curled a few chunks.  Here is how my hair was 2 days later of pin curling (NO more heat after the 1^st day).

Be sure, if you are adding heat to your hair, use it for only ONE day and either wrap your hair or pin-curl it at night to preserve the straightening.
