I get really excited when my beau unexpectedly gets off early and treats me to food…because you know, that’s the way to a woman’s heart. One of our favorite places to go is to the park. Green grass, birds chirping and a pretty girl. *shrug* What can I say, he’s a lucky man. It’s so great to be able to style a dress for multiple occasions, just like this perfect pink Draper James dress.

Oddly, i’m not a huge fan of pink! I tend to gravitate to reds and purples, my favorite colors, but the peachy pink in this dress is simply divine. It’s warm enough for warm skin tones, but the light blue pulls the print together for fair girls. This is too technical to describe a dress, but I get wrapped in color easily.

For Work

A true Southern Belle…aka a southern lady has a set of pearls. Pearls are classy and timeless. They can be worn with jeans and always with a dress. Just like I did here.

Another office essential, perfect and lightweight for Spring…an oversized scarf. Scarves are great for breezy spring days or cold offices .

For the Park

I’m definitely not one to shy away from wearing heels to the park, but I did opt for some casual flesh colored sandals I’ve worn too much. I also added a similar color belt so that all my leather accessories are in the same color family, including my lightweight jacket for cooler nights.
