Revlon Ultra HD Lipsticks

I’ve been collecting this line for about a year and it’s definitely one of my drugstore favorites. Color is good, but the best part is the comfortability of the wear- feels like lips. For summer, two pink shades I’m loving is Flirtation (above), a soft coral pink and Obsession (down below), a bright fuchsia shade. I did outline my lips with a soft brown pencil for Flirtation (as a WOC should probably do for light shades to avoid looking like a powder doughnut, you can visible see the color blended below).

Maybelline Super Stay Ink

The longest lasting drugstore lipstick line without a doubt, is the Super Stay line. Actually, the foundation, concealer…al of it is good! This line will take you from Work to Dinner. Here are two BOLD summer shades for some fearless gals: Heroine (1) and Explorer (2). Definitely unconventionally bold, but i’d actually wear Heroine everyday this summer.

Summer Nudes

I live in warm brown lip shades and I have dupes in several brands like Maybelline Spice for Me. Very warm browns with burnt orange undertones. Similar shades are the Super Stay Ink in Globetrotter and Dose of Colors Aftermath. Though these colors are similar, they all have different finishes: Spice for me is a sheen, Ink is Matte and Aftermath is a creamy matte!

Other summer faves are the Revlon Obession, Wet n Wild in Flame of the Game, Milani Amore Matte in Loved and Dose of Colors seen on the far right.
